Return of goods
The goods may be canceled at any time before the goods are dispatched. If goods are sent, you also have the opportunity to take advantage of your right to cancel.
If there is a shortage or defect of the received goods you must within a reasonable time after you discovered it, give us in writing (by e-mail or letter) that you want to claim any shortfall. Telme2 will give you information on what to do next. The rules on disputes are based on the Norwegian "Forbrukerkjøpsloven" (eng. "Consumer law").

According to the consumer law you may return the goods from the day the buyer received the goods and 14 days ahead.
If you regret your purchase, simply return the item in the same condition as it was received in the original packaging. Further complete the return form that followed the order. Your purchase will then be returned. Buyer pays return postage. See detailed information on the return form. Cancellation rights apply to consumer purchases, sales to corporations incorporated are not covered by consumer law.
