Shipping

The goods will normally be shipped from us within 2 working days after receipt of order and payment. We will advise by email when the items are shipped.

If the item is out of stock you will be informed about this by email. You then have the choice between:

• Waiting until the item is in stock again.

• Cancelling the order – and we will return your payment promptly.

Unless otherwise specified, goods are sent by mail. You can choose alternative shipping methods at added shipping cost. This is an integral part of the ordering process.

If you chose to use DHL for the shipment, please provide your phone number upon check-out as DHL requires this for the shipping process.

Payment

All prices are in US Dollars. When you shop with us, your payment is processed by Stripe and Paypal. Stripe and Paypal is a secure online payment solutions for Visa and MasterCard and other cards. All card information is kept confidential in accordance with the card companies' regulations.

Personal Information

Telme2 treat personal data in accordance with GDPR regulations as set by the European Union. Personal information will not be made available to others in any context or form.

Return of goods

Cancellation

The goods may be canceled at any time before the goods are dispatched. If goods are sent, you also have the opportunity to take advantage of your right to cancel. Buyer pays return postage.

Complaints

If there is a shortage or defect of the received goods you must within a reasonable time after you discovered it, give us in writing (by e-mail or letter) that you want to claim any shortfall. Telme2 will give you information on what to do next. The rules on disputes are based on the Norwegian "Forbrukerkjøpsloven" (eng. "Consumer law").

Withdrawal

(Only applicable to Norwegian customers).

According to the consumer law you may return the goods from the day the buyer received the goods and 14 days ahead.

If you regret your purchase, simply return the item in the same condition as it was received in the original packaging. Further complete the return form that followed the order. Your purchase will then be returned. Buyer pays return postage. See detailed information on the return form. Cancellation rights apply to consumer purchases, sales to corporations incorporated are not covered by consumer law.

Warranty

Telme2 provides one year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Pricing

All prices are in U.S. Dollars. Total cost of the purchase will appear before the order ends and includes all expenses associated with the purchase, such as postage and shipping. Please note that in some countries, a domestic tax becomes payable upon import.
